You might think, what are they, 90 years old? No. They're young and should be looking for husbands. But most nights they're crowding their laps with yarn and knitting needles. And it drives. me. crazy.
Number one- do you know what happens when they're knitting? I'll tell you one thing they aren't doing. Petting me. Quality Jack time.
That's me trying to get their attention. Fail.
They also have no room for me to even watch my favorite shows on their lap. Mom is always cooking, so what should I do? Sit on the sofa by myself?
But here's the worst thing. Momma has learned how to knit a dog sweater. Now, as you'll learn I'm never one to shy away from a good shirt, sports jersey or costume. But really- how many sweaters can you make for me?
The answer is a lot.

This one was a little better. At least it made sense, a nice Christmas sweater.
But last weekend... it took a tragic turn. She decided to knit me a Fall sweater. In bright ORANGE. I'm going to look like a pumpkin.
I don't have a finished result but here's the fitting.
Let's just say I'm less than thrilled.
