Sorry that I've been MIA the past week. We had to deal with Hurricane Sandy- where we lost our lights but that's all. Momma says we're lucky because a lot of people are dealing with much worse.
During the storm I spent a lot of time resting up for my birthday. Which meant a lot of this:
Chesapeake dressed incognito... I didn't know who she was at first!
We had a pretty big job. We had to hand out candy to all the neighborhood kids!
Don't worry, I stayed away from all that chocolate and concentrated on my cookie treats instead!!
I went as Bat Dog!
It was a pretty tough job handing out treats, but I stood watch and ready to protect the candy and kids!
And of course, got to spend quality time with family and friends.
What a great birthday! It feels good to be 6!
